Get notified of changes
We notify subscribers at least 30 days before a sub-processor is added or replaced, except where a faster change is required to protect the Service. To subscribe, email support+subprocessors@feat.so with the subject "subscribe". We will reply to confirm and add you to the notification list. Unsubscribe any time by replying "unsubscribe".
A polished subscribe form (Loops / Resend Audiences) is planned. Until then the email above is the supported channel.
Objections
Customers may object on reasonable grounds to a new sub-processor during the notice window. If we cannot reasonably accommodate the objection, the customer may terminate the affected portion of the Service per the DPA.
